A parlour built by hand

Customs UK Games began in 2019 as a small project among friends in a Mayfair flat — a private corner of the internet where one could pull a lever, watch a reel roll, and chat with company. We didn't want a shopfront. We wanted a parlour.

Six years later we remain modest in size: a dozen cabinets, four rooms, and a few thousand members. We hand-illustrate every cabinet ourselves. The concierge is a real person named Eleanor who actually does live in Mayfair. None of our amusements involve currency in any direction.

What we are

• · A digital members club for amusement-only parlour play.
• · A small studio of three illustrators and two engineers.
• · Independently held, with no investors or holding company.

What we are not

• · An establishment that takes payment of any sort.
• · A platform that awards monetary prizes or vouchers.
• · A loud arcade. We rather prefer the quiet.
