Charter of Conduct

Because the Parlour is play-money throughout, the heavy machinery of anti-money-laundering regulation does not apply — there is simply no money involved. We hold ourselves to a charter all the same, because clarity is a courtesy our members deserve.

1. 1. No money in.

   We never accept payment from members. There is no checkout, no card form, no balance, no top-up. Nothing on this site costs a penny, ever.

2. 2. No money out.

   We never award currency, gift cards, vouchers, cryptocurrency, items of monetary value, or any prize redeemable outside the Parlour. House Credits exist only within these walls.

3. 3. Random by audit.

   Every cabinet relies on a certified pseudo-random number generator, audited annually by an independent UK testing house. The most recent audit certificate is sent on request.

4. 4. Equal odds for everyone.

   Outcomes are identical for every member at every cabinet. There are no member-specific multipliers, hidden tiers, or pay-to-progress paths.

5. 5. Honest credits.

   House Credits are issued by the same audited engine and may not be tampered with, even by our own staff. Manual adjustments are logged and visible to the affected member.

6. 6. Quiet by design.

   We do not run loud notifications, time-pressure prompts, or chase mechanics. The Parlour should feel like a club, not a fairground.

7. 7. Open to scrutiny.

   Members may request the last three annual audit reports, our random-number generator certificate, and our complaints log by writing to the concierge.

8. 8. A door that opens both ways.

   Any member may close their account at any moment, with no questions. We will action the request within one hour during business hours.
