Access Notice

Customs UK Games is built to meet WCAG 2.2 AA. We are a small studio and we know we are not yet perfect — so the door is always open to feedback, and we treat access reports as priority items in our concierge queue.

A. What we provide today

• · Complete keyboard navigation across every cabinet, dialogue, and page of the Parlour.
• · A high-contrast mode and a calm-colour mode in Account → Preferences.
• · Semantic markup, descriptive alt text, ARIA roles, and visible focus rings throughout.
• · Respect for the prefers-reduced-motion setting — every motion, glow, and shimmer fades to a still frame.
• · Captions for every audio cue and a mute toggle at the head of every cabinet.
• · Adjustable type scale (small / standard / large) without breaking layout.

B. Known limitations

Two of the seasonal cabinets in the Garden Hall use animated illustrations that, even in reduced-motion mode, drift gently. We are working on a fully static fallback for the next quarterly refresh.

C. Assistive technology we check against

• · NVDA and JAWS with Firefox and Chrome on Windows.
• · VoiceOver with Safari on macOS and iPadOS.
• · TalkBack with Chrome on Android.
• · Dragon NaturallySpeaking voice control on Windows.

D. If something is not working

Please write to [email protected] with as much detail as you can offer — the page, the device, the assistive software, and what you hoped would happen. We aim to acknowledge within one working day and to ship a fix or a clear plan within two weeks.
