1. Who looks after the data
Customs UK Games Ltd, a company registered in England (No. 12345678) at 22 Saville Court, Mayfair, London W1K 4PS, is the data controller for personal information processed through this site.
2. What we keep on record
The display name and email address; a one-way hashed password; the cabinets you visit and the House Credits you accumulate; concierge correspondence you exchange with us; and lightweight technical signals (browser family, approximate region, time of visit) used to keep the Parlour safe.
3. Why we keep it
To run the membership, to remember the room preferences, to reply to the messages, to look out for fraud or coordinated misuse, and to meet our statutory obligations under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
4. The lawful basis
Contract (we need this data to provide the Parlour to you), legitimate interests (security, anti-fraud, modest analytics on cabinet popularity), and consent (any optional newsletter, withdrawable at one click).
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information. A small number of carefully chosen processors help us operate: Cloudflare (hosting and edge security), Postmark (transactional email), and our concierge desk tooling. Each is bound by a UK GDPR-compliant agreement and processes data on our written instructions only.
6. International transfers
Where data leaves the UK, it travels under the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or equivalent safeguards. We do not store member data outside Europe.
7. How long we keep it
Account records are kept for as long as the membership is active and then for fourteen days, after which they are permanently deleted. Concierge correspondence is held for twenty-four months. Backups are rotated within thirty days.
8. The rights you may use
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection, plus the right to withdraw consent at any time. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within one calendar month. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
